Grants open for Community groups

Local Community Groups are invited to apply for the next round of Council’s Community and Environment grants, Local Councillor Helen Abrahams said.
“The grants provide crucial assistance to local not-for-profit community groups who deliver services throughout our community,” Cr Abrahams said.
“If there are community or environment groups that missed out on previous grant rounds, or have never applied for a grant, I encourage them to contact me as soon as possible to submit an application.
“Applications for the next round of grants close February 25.”
Workshops will also be held on 22 and 24 January to give applicants information and tips for their submission.
