There is an existing approval for 12 units in a 3 storey building on this site. The new application consists of smaller units in a three storey building.

25 car parks are proposed with five allocated for visitors. There are currently two detached houses on the site. The previous application was providing 29 car parks.

The access is from Potts Street.  A noise report is attached to the application.

The application is Impact Assessable, Generally Appropriate, and it will be so advertised on site and in local papers. Neighbours will be notified.
