The proposal is to raise, rotate slightly and build in underneath an existing dwelling on site.

The extension results in a site cover of 57% and a deck within the 1.5 side boundary set back, window hoods within 0.9 metres of the side boundary and a roofed outdoor area 2.49 metres from rear boundary.  

The application is Impact Assessable, Generally Inappropriate, and it will be so advertised on site and in local papers. Neighbours will be notified.
