The application extends an existing approval for a mixed unit development on two sites to include a neighbouring residential site. 

The application is considered ‘Inappropriate” as it is seeking a medical centre and restaurant.

The application includes an Erosion Hazard Assessment, Stormwater Management Plan, Traffic Report and Noise Report.  

The application is Impact Assessable, Generally Inappropriate, and it will be so advertised on site and in local papers. Neighbours will be notified.
