The proposal is for the adaptive reuse of the building for a supermarket and 3 smaller retail tenancies.

The supermarket site is 3,791 sq m with 436, 287 and 284 sq m for the other tenancies. 216 car parking spaces and 22 bike spaces are proposed. 

The vehicle access is from Holdsworth Street.
	
The application is Code Assessable and so neighbours will be notified. There is no right of appeal of Council’s decision.
