This application was APPROVED on 6th August 2010.

The rationale for the demolition is that the dwelling is not part of a cluster of three houses as it is between a motel and a unit block. Further the house has had modifications that are not sympathetic to traditional character
	
The application is Notifiable Code Assessable and so neighbours will be notified and it will be advertised on the property boundary. There is no right of appeal of Council’s decision.
