The application was APPROVED on 27th August 2010.

 The application also includes a reconfiguration of lots to create two lots being 332 sq m and 396 sq metres.

The new dwelling is at the rear of the property and is three storeys in height and contains three bedrooms

The existing dwelling is reinstated as a detached dwelling.

The application is Impact Assessable, Generally Appropriate, and it will be so advertised on site and in local papers. Neighbours will be notified. 

This application is also a RiskSmart application and so Council is obliged to assess the application within five working days of receiving all documentation.
