The application is for the demolition of a pre-1946 dwelling on the grounds that the house has been modified so not a character house, is in poor condition and is structurally unsound.

A structural engineers report states that the wooden stumps have failed, water and termite damage is evident.

The application is Notifiable Code Assessable and so neighbours will be notified and it will be advertised on the boundary. There is no right of appeal of Council’s decision.
