The proposal is for the relocation of the dwelling, raise the house and build in underneath and then extensions to the rear of the dwelling.

The demolition relates to the removal of the stairs and enclosed verandah and replacement of the roof to remain under 8.5 metres.

The application is Notifiable Code Assessable and so neighbours will be notified and it will be advertised on the property boundary. There is no right of appeal of Council’s decision.
