This application was APPROVED on 29th June 2010.

The application is to reconfigure one lot into two lots with a community title. 

The existing dwelling has been relocated with a new dwelling constructed on site. However the reconfiguration application has lapsed and needs a new approval. 

There will be no further change to the dwellings on site.

The application is Code Assessable and so neighbours will be notified. There is no right of appeal of Council’s decision.
