The proposal is for a new garage, porch, deck and lower floor area.

The current dwelling on site will be relocated 0.5 metres to the north and reduced in height 0.7 metre. The front set back does not comply with small lot code being 2.3 metres.

The application is Impact Assessable, Generally Inappropriate, and it will be so advertised on site and in local papers. Neighbours will be notified.
