The proposal is for a two storey extension at the rear of the heritage dwelling. It will be connected to the existing dwelling by a breezeway. 

The existing dwelling will be lowered, a car port constructed on northern boundary and the new extension will use similar building materials to existing dwelling. 

The application is Impact Assessable, Generally Appropriate, and it will be so advertised on site and in local papers. Neighbours will be notified.
