The unit dwelling will be comprised of 10 one bedroom 
units and 6 two bedroom units. 

Car parking for 18 cars is proposed. The site is sloping so the height of the building ranges from 3-4 storeys


The application is Impact Assessable, Generally Appropriate, and it will be so advertised on site and in local papers. Neighbours will be notified.
