This application was APPROVED on 30 May 2010.

The proposal is to request a modification of a development approval dated 20 January 2010.

The changes are 5.8 sq metre increase in GFA, an increase in building height of 1.3 metres, new balcony, a satellite dish on roof,  relocation of the stand by generator and protrusion of lift well through the roof. 

	
	The application is Code Assessable and so neighbours will be notified. There is no right of appeal of Council’s decision.
