The proposal is to move the existing boundary so that the dwelling on lot 1 is not intruding onto Lot 2.  It is a two lot to two lot reconfiguration. 

There are no changes to either dwelling. 

The application is Impact Assessable, Generally Inappropriate, and it will be so advertised on site and in local papers. Neighbours will be notified.
