This application was APPROVED on 2 June 2010, with amendments.

The grounds for the removal/demolition of the building is that is does not contribute to the streetscape as the character architecture has been modified.

The application is Notifiable Code Assessable and so neighbours will be notified and it will be advertised in the local paper. There is no right of appeal of Council’s decision.
