The proposal is to extend the mezzanine floor on an existing warehouse by 70 sq m for storage and a testing area.
	
The application is Code Assessable and so neighbours will be notified. There is no right of appeal of Council’s decision. 

This application is also a Risksmart application and so Council is obligated to assess the application within five working days of the receipt of all documentation.
