The proposal to convert the existing vacant building into a community use facility for Multi Cultural Development Association and QPASTT.

There is no change in floor space and the only external change is an new awning.

There is space allocated for Council activity as well.  

The application is Impact Assessable, Generally Appropriate, and it will be so advertised on site and in local papers. Neighbours will be notified.
