The applicant requested a negotiated decision to modify the underground power supply to an above ground supply. It was APPROVED  on 2nd August.

The application was APPROVED on 16th July 2010.

The application is tp retain the existing dwelling while raising it and building underneath. 

A building in the rear of the site will contain two units.

	
The application is Code Assessable and so neighbours will be notified. There is no right of appeal of Council’s decision. 

This application is also a Risksmart application and so Council is obligated to assess the application within five working days of the receipt of all documentation.
