The proposal is for 60 units being 36 two bedroom units and 24 one bedroom units in a 10 storey building. 

Commercial activity will be undertaken at ground level and a recreation area is proposed on the roof. Three levels of car parking provide 62 spaces. 
An acoustic report and a traffic assessment report is provided.

The application is Impact Assessable, Generally Inappropriate, and it will be so advertised on site and in local papers. Neighbours will be notified.
